Whether you’re looking to address current life challenges, or issues from the past, you don’t have to do it alone. Together we can help you move forward with confidence and security, and to guide you to a deeper understanding of you.
I work well with a broad assortment of people and issues. Most commonly my clients come to therapy suffering from depression, anxiety, or experiencing stress coping with their day-to-day lives. Some struggle with being authentic, single, functioning within their relationship, or their sexuality in general. I’ve helped clients reach their goals with all of these issues, and the work has been deeply satisfying for both of us.
I studied at NYU School of Social Work, the Regent’s College School of Psychotherapy, and the Tavistock Institution in London, focusing on my interest in addiction, sexuality, and shame- induced trauma.
Becoming a therapist was a second career for me, one that was discovered through my work as a coach and personal fitness trainer, and my own personal therapeutic work.
I believe that developing a strong relationship with my clients is of the utmost importance for successful therapy. While there is no one way to participate in therapy, developing more internal peace and self-compassion will be a central goal of our work.
