I am a gay man and have proudly provided affirmative care to the LGBTQIA+ community for over 10 years. My direct experience with what it means to be a member of the LGBTQIA+ community impacts my approach and my sensitivity to the lived-experiences and identity of each of my clients.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, couples, families, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I focus on building strength in nervous system regulation, improving and optimizing executive functioning, prioritizing self-care, expanding creativity, setting clear goals, taking specific actions toward those goals, and improving communication and social relationships. I use a variety of cognitive, behavioral, and body-based techniques.

I graduated with my PhD in Clinical Psychology with a Concentration in Somatic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2014 and received my MA in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in 2005. I completed specialized training to provide EMDR therapy in 2011 and continue to utilize this modality in my practice. I recently joined Modern Sex Therapy Institutes as an instructor, teaching two courses: EMDR and Sexual Health and Supporting and Understanding Neurodivergence Using Body-Based Approaches.
