My goal is to create an inclusive environment where clients can explore their identities, heal from trauma, and overcome loss. As a queer and transmasculine therapist, I’ve worked extensively with lesbian, gay, and bisexual people as well as non-binary and transgender individuals. I have successfully helped folks in monogamous, non-monogamous, and polyamorous relationships strengthen their communication and improve their bond with one another. My approach is affirming and sex positive.

Over the years I’ve developed a practical and conversational counseling style that is results-oriented and uses an integrative approach. I’ve completed training in CBT, DBT, Seeking Safety, and solution focused therapy. I have worked and trained extensively with trauma, grief, and loss. I’m currently working towards advanced certification as an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist.

Prior to my career as a therapist, I spent my time working higher education and in the literary arts. Due to these experiences, I’m uniquely slated to help folks with difficulty in their careers, managing personal finances, working through creative blocks, and in self-determining what comes next.

You will find that I’m a caring and compassionate listener, and one who is genuinely curious about the depth and complexity of our lives.
