I’ll work with you to explore your inner thoughts and feelings to help bring positive changes and meaning to your life. Together we will help you develop new skills and inner resources to cope with daily stressors, relationship problems, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other concerns.
I use several somatic and attachment-based approaches (such as AEDP) to help you learn good coping skills to heal from past traumas that are impacting your life. I am a trained EMDR therapist and have experience working with people who have PTSD. I also love working with couples.
I entered this profession to encourage the growth of diverse people, including the many facets of race, culture, gender and sexuality.
