Sometimes people come to therapy with a clear concern, and other times they’re called without knowing quite why—there’s just a sense that life could be better. However you arrived, I’m here to meet you with openness, warmth, and camaraderie as we begin the journey ahead.

I’m passionate about working with queer, nonbinary, bisexual, and other individuals whose identities don’t fit neatly into boxes, as well as supporting couples and polycules. In therapy, we explore how cultural norms—like heteronormativity, mononormativity, and cisnormativity—along with early experiences in your relationships, shape unconscious beliefs and patterns that influence how you see yourself and connect with others. By bringing these patterns into awareness, you can begin to make choices that feel more authentic and create real, meaningful change in your life.

With your partner(s), therapy can be a space to talk about the hurts, frustrations, or distance that may have been building over time. Together, we look beneath the surface of arguments to understand what’s really going on, gently tending to old wounds or unmet needs and finding ways to communicate that feel more connecting and supportive.

I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, supervised by the Gay Therapy Center Founder Adam D. Blum, MFT, Lic. #44892. My rate is $125 per 50-minute individual therapy session and $150 per 50-minute couples session. I currently reside in Los Angeles but can provide telehealth to anyone in California.

Before becoming a psychotherapist I spent 15 years working in book publishing, helping to usher people’s stories into the world. Now I help clients understand how their stories were shaped, how they live in the body and mind, and how they might begin to change. I would be honored to hear your story and support you in discovering the path that feels most authentic for you.
